Ok I would love to hear comments about Mike Geary's "The Truth about Six Pack Abs".... good and bad review.

    I have bought that ebook and got some good exercises out of it. It's about half nutrition, half exercises.

    Some of the best ab advice I've gotten was free, and from David Grisaffi though - I subscribed to his free monthly newsletter and this article was in it a while back http://www.flattenyourabs.net/pooch.htm.

    It was the first time I'd ever heard of "inner abs" and it made sense, since it's something that only affects women who've had children - and it's not covered by exercise programs that seem to all be aimed at guys....

    I did the exercises from here http://www.flattenyourabs.net/innerunit.html and it REALLY made a difference.

    I've seen the ads and the read his news letters and what he says makes sense but i find him smug and condescending so he annoys me. but his advice does seem sensible and sound
