Rededicating Myself to the Journey

Starting Monday, July 23rd I am rededicating myself to this weight loss and healthy living journey. In the past 3-1/2 mos. I have gotten off track because of personal stress and distractions. I realize I have come too far to quit or give up and give in. Here's to Monday. "Let's Get Er Done" - cable guy.

    I am in your boat!!! Going to lay off the food tracking and have one last hurrah until Monday. Then no excuses--We need to get our butts in gear pronto!! Good luck!

    Good for you to have the desire to get back on the healthy lifestyle journey.

    May I ask...why wait til Monday? Honestly, I used to do that...thinking "I'll have one last fling with food then I'll start being healthy" it never worked for me. the one last fling never satisfied and it became a vicious cycle.

    I wish you the best of luck...it isn't a spring, its a marathon of healthy lifestyle changes and choices that should never end :)
