NROLFW or Les Mills Pump for home.

I am doing Chalean Extreme now but I have NROLFW book but I would be doing it at home. It's either that or les Mills? I am not for sure aobut les mills because of the lighter weights more reps?

    Body pump work on endurance while NROL4W work on power.

    Did both and New rules really gave me results faster

    I was looking for great definition I new NROLF would I think I will just do that. I have a barbell and a step at home

    I think Les Mills is similar to Chalene Extreme in terms of type of lifting.

    The first month is 10-12 reps depending on the workout 5-20lbs the next month is a little heavier 6-8 reps and not sure on the lean phase.

    Lean phase you do 12 max again, but she works lower body and upper body at the same time. Today was my last day. I loved the program. I was also wanting to get NROLFW, but I dont think I have the right stuff to do it at home.

    Yes, I did. The fat burn challenge or whatever it is called is one of my favorite quick workouts now.

    The CLX deluxe version just has one more ab workout, a different interval workout and a different cardio one to do during the lean phase. All the lifting ones are the same.
