How to log 30 day shred

What do you log doing the 30 day shred under on here? Just started level 1 day 1 on it. Any thoughts?

    I log it under circuit training

    I use my HRM and log it -5% as a margin of error, and I find my HRM is pretty close to what a friend mine gets as a burn when she logs the shred under circuit training. She gets 264, I get 250. Pretty close!

    I do it as Aerobics, general and get 240 calories.

    I do it as Circuit Training, and I change the calories burned to 200. Most people I spoke to averaged between 180-250 calories burned so I'd rather underestimate than over estimate.

    3.265 X your weight = 1 hour of calories burned do the 30 day shred. Divide that by 3 = 20 mins of the shred :)
