I just created my own exercise for it and use whatever calories my HRM gives me.

You could also log it under running if you knew how fast you were going.

When I started c25K, it was 150-200 calories for 30 minutes, now I average 100 calories per 10 minutes running. Use a HRM if you have one, else I'd probably log it as walking, moderate/brisk pace. Or the slowest running pace there is in the system...
If you have a smartphone and good reception, runkeeper does a decent calorie count...

Once I am done my run/walk i use google maps to figure out how far i went.
So if I did 2 miles in 3o minutes I log it as either a run or a walk for 4mph.
it is not perfectly exact, but close enough for me.

depending on what app you are using there may be a built in GSP to your run that you can access for distance.

    Cheers,
    Cara

I use Heart rate monitor. I have measured anything between 300 calories and 550 depending on my ability to jog.
