Hi all
I have lost 21lbs so far & am not far away from goal but due to weeks of no sleep, I keep giving in to urges for sweet treats such as chocolate biscuits & not just one, like half a pack. Then general junk like takeaways.
I'm feeling really angry with myself because I've worked so hard till now & I've just lost all motivation :(
Please people, help. I need some advice to kick my butt back into action.
Thankyou.

That old "one day at a time" thing makes some sense. Wake up tomorrow -- or start 10 mins. from now, and say "That's it, I'm going to stay within my calories" and just start logging everything. I just have to log everything in My Diary or whatever it's called (It's only been a month for me) but it does work. I know I have 460 calories left today and so I'm going to go home and see how much low calorie food I can plan so I don't go over. It feels so good to take off weight, and you've done so incredibly well. Good luck and keep writing to this forum.
  • I can understand how circumstances in your life can lead to weight gain something similar happened to me and I gained more weight than I had lost. Stick to your diet and if you need support seek people who can support you. I started on a suppliment that really helped me sleep well and it is all natural I also take a supplement that helps with stress also all natural.
