Hi everyone I am new to "myfitnesspal". This question is probably here somewhere but can't seem to find it. How many calories does ab ripper x burn. I am 52 and I do complete the whole ab ripper x portion with little hardship but I do accomplish it. I just need to know what is the calorie burn count on it? Thanks in and advance and good luck to everyone with their goals.
I started last week at 217 and am now down to 215.4. Keep pushing it! My goal is 190. ; )
