vegans and vegetarians

well... im thinkinking about becomeing one of these people and just wondering if there are are people out there who are vegans/vegetarians

any advice???

    There are a few vegetarian/vegan groups here on MFP. I suggest you join one and ask any questions you may have. I am a member of Happy Herbivores and Team Vegan. We welcome new people !

    If you look at the sub navigation item next to the Message Boards linked, called Groups, you can search for discussion groups that have some active members with information for you. Best of luck.

    Personally, I'm going to enjoy some bacon, but more power to you.

    I've been a vegetarian for 17 years now - but never had the willpower to go vegan because of cheese. :sad:
