Just curious.....do you trust the nutritional content when you search for foods? I'm new here, and really loving it so far. I'm mainly concerned about fruits and veggies. You know, things that may not come with a label. I weighed my corn on the cob,( the whole thing), at 276 grams. It gave me 182 calories. Can this really be true? I don't eat it that much, ( although I love it), but really...182 calories....wasn't expecting that! I guess it WAS a big ear!!!!
I have to say that I've tried other online trackers including WW's, and so far I'm really liking this. I love how it keeps up with your net cals throughout the day. Actually it really motivates me to excercise. The other thing I get a big kick out of is when you close out your day it tells me how much I'll weigh in 5 weeks. That's brilliant and also very motivating. It puts a short term goal right in front of me. I wonder why it uses 5 weeks? Ok enough rambling. If anyone could address how they handle the above issue, I'd appreciate it.
