Footwear recomendations

I know this is mostly a matter of preference. But I was wondering what shoes everyone who is doing a lot of plyo and running exercises is wearing? (brand, style, etc.) My right foot over-pronates and I tend to get some shin-splint pain.

    I wear flat bottom shoes. I love my indoor soccer shoes, or even a pair of chucks. I've tried other shoes, and they make my feet cramp.
    Old trick for shin splintz, walk around on your heals toes pointed up, at home or something it looks pretty dumb in public.
