I'm a 33 y.o. kinesiologist/ex-certified personal trainer who knows his weight-loss/maintenance material and how to use natural, non-harmful dietary supplements and science to help you achieve any weight loss/fitness goal you care to share. Because people tend to jump at things, even though I know what I say will likely be correct, I am going to tell you to clear it with your doctor/and or research my suggestions yourself. Anyone who doesn't do this and acts simply on the words of another because the call themselves an expert/you have great respect for that person, it doesn't matter, make sure what you tink may be a good idea is one for you because we are all different.
