Stepper ? how much do you burn

I am doing the stepper those days in the gym , But could't find how many calories do you burn in .... saying 30 mm , it doesn't exist in myfitnesspal exercise database nor else where !!! can anyone tell me much do you burn in a regular stepper with moderate effort
