How big are your calorie fluctuations

Last weekend I went off my diet. I didn't really go off it in a huge way. But, I'm sure I overate a little. When I got back from my mini vacation and weighed myself I'd gained 7 pounds? Umm how does one gain 7 pounds in two days? I did not eat that much. Weirder still, by Thursday I was back down to 252. I was on the big P but was done with it by Monday when I weighed in. I'm sure I did not eat 7 pounds worth of extra food, nor did I diet enough to lose 7 pounds in 4 days. I used the same scale for every weigh in. I'm just a tad confused and wondering if my weight loss is real with this strange fluctuations. I should add that it gradually went down from Monday on like 258 then 256 (2 pounds in a day?) until getting back to 252 today.

Sodium, sugar... basically you were bloated. You didn't eat enough to gain that much weight and I know you didn't work off enough to lose that much so quickly.

    So there you go :)

Hmm I bet that was it! In my mind I was thinking water weight, but that was kind of weird. I never watch my sodium, so I bet you are right.
