I've been thinking about non-food weight loss rewards. We're not dogs, right? So a reward that messes up our diets should not be part of the equation. I'm thinking a small reward every 10 lbs lost or something would keep the motivation going.
I'm not really into buying clothes/shoes/etc. until I reach my final weight goal, because that seems like money wasted to me and I already have a closet full of clothes in ALL sizes.
What are some ideas? What do you do to reward yourself when you reach mini goals?
Thanks!
