No snacking last night.No snacking last night! And, 8 :drinker: cups of water. ivykivy are you not trying to snack at all? I know I snack during the day, but they are preplanned snacks to keep me going. I think those are okay and actually important as they keep me from doing the big binge
I keep an odd schedule I got to bed (read) between 12 and 1 am. I usually am sleep by 1:30. I get up at 12pm. I have my last snack at 9:30 to 10 pm so at 3am my body thinks it's time for another snack.0 -

You can definitely join our group, weigh ins are on mondays, and we start up a new thread each week, so look for it under motivation and support, and every week i try to come up with some interesting challenges for my team mates...
So, I am reporting for the last few days, have been having a horrible week to be honest. Eating terribly, went out for supper twice, and it wasnt no salad that i ordered lol....the snacking at night was good, i didnt do any, however, ive only made it to the gym once, and have eaten terribly, so hopefully, i maintain this week, and dont gain anything bakc :sad: anyhow....even if i do, next week....im really pushing myself, i need to really get back on track, i am sick of playing these mind games with myself...time to get back to reality and really get healthy@!!!!!!!!!0 -

Well... we're coming to the end of my 3rd week trying seriously on MFP... and I had a set back last night.... pizza...3 slices of it, an hour before I went to bed...it was also my dinner, but ended up with it way late. You know that immediate feeling of disgust and "why"..... right after.....ya! Today is a new day... I'm just a bit nervous because I'm hosting Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend...turkey, potatoes, stuffing, gravy, pies...etc... I'll get through this though. Being healthy is too important to just give up on like I've done in the past. Have a great weekend all!0

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back up with you all. Thanks for the support from everyone. I feel everyone did their best and should be proud of yourselves. I love this challenge this week because I have a hard time with this one myself and need to stayed focused on not eating at least 3 hours before bedtime. I usually get the nagging desire to want to eat and have to figure something very healthy or drink more water which is bad because that means up during the night going to the restroom. Go figure we all have our problem areas and this one truly is mine. God Bless all and keep up with the great work. Brenda :ohwell:0 -

Well. this weekend I've really gone off the deep end. I weighed myself in today, and yes I've gained a pound. Back up to 150. I knew hosting thanksgiving would be a bit stressful....and to deal with my stress I turned back to old faithful... How disappointing. I guess I'm going to have to try twice as hard next week.

i am sad to report that
Friday i snacked at 8pm and went to bed at 11pm...my snacks usually end at 7 or 6...:sad:
Saturday: NO snacks
Sunday: NO snacks0 -
This is aweful I didnt even get in on the challenge this past week, that shows how busy I was! I didnt even weigh in on friday or today.

I actually gained from 134.6 to 136.0. Very bummed. I think it may just be due to my cycle, but it still sucks.0

I too am interested in joining in with you all for the New Year challenge. I've been on and off mfp for months and I'm finally ready to get serious. I could really use some motivation and I've been looking for a group to join. You all seem to be doing really well. I'm not even sure if I'm posting this the right way. Argh...I've been so busy I wasn't able to keep up with last weeks challange. Weighed in on Monday and I'm still 160...no gain but still no loss either Hopefully I'll have better luck this week!0
