I did two PROPER press ups!! Jillian, I love you!!

Just started week 3 of JM Body Revolution. In workout 3 she says to just TRY proper press ups. I've never been able to do them, EVER but gave it a go, and I did two. I'm so pleased.

BR is BRILLIANT! I'm in the UK so it was a gaff to get it, but I really recommend it.

    Congrats!! Going from 0 to a few is the hardest progression, you'll be powering out more in no time now. :)
