I went to the store yesterday to get more green tea, and was in such a rush I didn't realize till I got home that I bought the Decaffinated version! I like the benefits of fully caffinated green tea- especially with weight loss. Do you think I will still get some weight loss benefits with the decaf version, or should i go bakc and buy the caffinated one? Sorry if this kind of a dumb question.

its the antioxidants that are good for you and they're still in the decaf. plus you can count it towards your water consumption when there's no caffeine!

No, Green tea is actaully naturally caffinated, but you can buy Decaf, which is what I mistakenly did, lol.
  • The weight-loss / fat-burning benefits associated with green tea stem from the EGCG (I can't remember what that stands for... something something cathechin gallate...), not the caffeine. You're just fine with the decaf in that regard
