Must the 30DS be done 30 days in a row for results?

Hey 30 DS'ers.....anyone see results if you skip a day in between workouts? Or do the best results only come if you do it consistently for 30 days? I can't do it on days I Zumba....it's hard to shake my booty at night when it's already been kicked by Jillian in the morning!

Thanks!

    I found this site: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/30-day-shred-users-how-often-are-you-doing-ithows-it-going
Same topic, people are responding how often they do it in a week.

Listen to your body. I would be on Day 15 today, but I think I'm going to take a rest day today. I'm sore and muscles probably want to heal a bit! I have seen inches lost, but have gained 5 lbs. hopefully that'll fall off soon..maybe rest days will help!

If you miss a day, you have to start over. All your fat comes back and your muscle atrophies.

JM recommends 4 or 5 times a week for best results. Rest days are important. I aimed for 5 days a week so it took 6 weeks. 2 weeks at each level. I hope that helps

I started my fitness journey with 30DS, and I did it on average 4 or 5 days a week, sometimes only 3 days, and I got results. Jillian has been quoted as saying that the workout was never intended to be done for 30 days straight, and in most of her other workout DVDs that I have, she always recommends at least one rest day per week.

I did quite a few days and then went on a nice walk and skipped the 30 DS. I don't think it needs to be done 30 days in a row

Damn. Just when I thought I was making progress! Guess it's back to square 1! ;)
