HAS ANYONE TRIED BODY WRAPS???

I have over 100lbs to loose and Ive read that body wraps can help with skin tightening> Anyone have experience with this???I would like to do anything that can help with tightening my tummy, arms, thighs as I come to my goal w/ diet and exercise. I know often people have had to do plasitic surgery to fix the excssive skin if it does not "bounce" back to normal.

I've always been skeptical. Aren't they supposed to only be a temporary fix, anyway?

The body wraps only temporarily tighten things up. Once you drink water and hydrate yourself again the results are gone.

Lose the weight slowly, drink tons of water and work on strength training to help minimize any excess skin.

Rome wasn't built in a few days. You need a solid consistent diet my friend. This community is here to help.

Here's what I think about bodywraps. I've done the one that is just basically heat and you sweat. Fine.

But I've also done herbal wraps...much better! Love those results. The herb solution works in your tissues, brings up circulation, helps to bring cleansing...they're great, and a great encouragement! The actual inch loss it "temporary" in the sense that you will probably gain the measurements back, especially since bodyfat tends to attract water gain...ugh!

However, the cleansing and circulation is healing and beautifying...i think they are a very good idea, especially for those of us who are making our best and genuine efforts in the area of our diets, exercise and other patterns and habits such as sleep, schedule, food choices, stress levels, water intake, etc.

I say, do them. Yes. But be sure to do them in addition to the other things, which are the most important.

They'll tighten up your budget and make your wallet lose weight, but other than that they're ineffective for permanent weight loss and/or "skin tightening".

I've never heard anything supporting it that isn't babbling nonsense and buzz words
