Anyone interested in losing weight to become a better yogi?

My name is Sierra, I am interested in becoming fit for my yoga practice.

I am not overweight but I lived in the dorms last year, and I ate an ice cream cone every day and definitely ate excessively. I think I put on about 20 pounds. About a month ago, I weighed myself and was shocked by the number. I vowed to lose the weight and get back on track with my yoga practice and the rest of my life.

I have recently realized that I want to become a certified yoga instructor. This will change my entire life. I will be forced to drop a lot of bad habits. I really think this is the path my life is meant to take and I am happy about it.
