What are you using to calculate your calorie burn? 2500 is a huge huge burn.0

I did 124 mins of vigerous mountain biking. the app I use Digifit said i burned 3500. when i accounted for the exercise in mfp it said 2573. I also went to a calorie burn calculator and it said 2800 calories. The digifit uses a hrm to better calculate the burn with HR.0

if you can't eat them all try to eat a portion and save the rest for a day later on in the week.
i notice that on days when i have huge burns i'm not hungry but the next day or so my appetite is on like donkey kong. so even if i dont eat all my calories the day off, by the end of the week i've made up for it0
