Stay calm and dial 911 and then your neighbor..tell them heart attack Do not lay down......These are classic signs of a heart attack...please do this now do not wait...

If it is not a heart attack the EMS will tell you so...something is not right...
  • If you are really scared, I suggest you visit the E.R. If you think you are better and can wait, see your doctor next week.

Don't play with your chest hurting.

As for the bp, you could have anxiety issues.

I do highly suggest you be seen by a doctor.

did you say you're eating just salads and protein shakes? You need a LOT more than that to fuel that level of exercise. No wonder you're exhausted!! It's like trying to drive a car with no fuel in the tank. You need to eat enough to keep your body functioning and to fuel the exercise you're doing, then make a small deficit (around 20% is good) so you can stay healthy and lose fat while getting fit and healthy - so you need to figure out your total daily energy expenditure (how many calories you burn in a day, there are calculators that can do this for you) and eat 20% less than that. What you eat needs to include a sufficient amount of protein, healthy fats, healthy carbs plus at least 5 servings of fruit and veg. Unhealthy food is allowed in moderation, keep it within your calorie limits and after you've given your body everything it needs.

I really hope the above person is wrong and it's not a heart attack, but best to get medical advice ASAP to be on the safe side if you're having severe chest pains.

Apart from the (serious) heart issues mentioned, it sounds like your diet is off kilter. You're either eating too much sugar to be in ketosis, or no enough to fuel your exercise. Half-a$$ed low carb does nothing for you, but rob you of your energy. Talk to your dietician about it, and actually follow their plan. Even 'innocent snacks' can throw you off badly.

Have you ever tried Zipfizz? It is all nature and help to give you that afternoon energy you need. My only adivise is to only use 1/2 the tub.

^ This. You're running your body into the ground by working out and not giving it the fuel it needs to function. What you're doing is very dangerous and unhealthy. You need to up your food intake to a level which provides your body with the necessary energy and nutrients to function properly.

You need to eat properly, salads and shakes aren't enough for your body especially whilst working out.

    firstly, i'd call for help.

second, sort out the diet. salads and shakes alone will not do you good, you need to eat! :)
