Lowering carbs, upping protein help advice

I'm trying to reduce my carb intake and up my protein and good fats intake, but how do I do this while keeping a diet I know I can sustain? Coming from a disordered eating background(in recovery from anorexia)I find it hard to be told what to eat because in my mind, it's my ed telling me I shouldn't eat this or that and that's when I panic and get frustrated and refuse anything.
My diary is open so could someone please look at my diary and advise me on what I could swap?

I would find some foods you like first. Given that you are recovering from an eating disorder, maybe low carb isn't for you. I would focus on getting carbs from healthier sources. Try to get more whole grains and lean meats like chicken and fish. Maybe use a tortilla wrap instead of two slices of bread etc.0

Try adding a protein bar as a mid-day snack or a protein shake in the morning. They're packed with extra protein that should help you keep your energy up.
Increase your lean meat protein by an extra .25 or .50 portion each time you have a meal. The little bits extra will add up and won't add carbs.
Look for whole grain or whole wheat carbs. Wraps and lite breads work well.
For me, I'm only eating carbs in my last meal of the day so I don't over do them.0 -
