Eat ALL the things!

I am really hungry, and I've only just eaten my dinner! I've been hungry all day, the first proper hungry day since I started losing weight. What do you do to cope with hungry days?

    Lots of fruit and tons of water

    I just posted in my newsfeed that I need to take a 6 hour nap so I wont be trying to eat ALL the things!
