walk bike swim

I challenge any1 to do a walk, bike and swim this weekend 21 July. I guess if your a young salt you can do a run bike swim. i am shooting for walking a mile, biking 10 miles and swimming about 500 yards. Let me know if you accept the challenge and when you complete it.

    oops my dog saw some deer . so i walked 2.4 miles instead of 1. I cant wait to rest on the bike ride

    Cool. I only did 7 miles biking and it felt like 20 in this heat here in Texas and it felt like I had a flat the whole way. No flat i just need to lose more weight. I cant wait to cool off in the pool.

    Finished did 500m 10 laps in a 25m pool. The good thing is I am not sore from running bleachers yesterday anymore.
