I am really getting a handle on planning my foods so I get that balance of nutrition. Would love feedback on my menu for today.

For those of you that didn't read or see it, I did lose a pound after 2 weeks(actually about 5 ounces more than the pound) and that was eating back all the calories with MFP calcs! So didn't gain or lose for 2 weeks but felt great! Now I've lost a lb and I've only been doing my customized calcs 3 days.

Also, of course this is mostly selfish, but I also want to show folks there is a way of losing weight that I believe to be healthy and is forming great habits for me. A life-style that will keep me fit for whatever years I have left on this rock hurtling through space;)

OMY gosh, now I am trying to eat just my lunch and I had to go so high on chicken so I couldn't eat it all, LOL!! Well, maybe throughout the day I can snack on the pieces I left behind;)

You're already my friend, so I wrote on your comment. sweet pot for white, real cheese instead of sauce, butter instead of margarine and (high fat) plain greek yogurt instead of lowfat. You're doing great on your macros...

Ok, I'll check my numbers with those. I didn't think about that sauce that comes in the frozen not being real cheese so I will check that out as well. I know the real butter would be better. The sweet potato and the white are both listed under good carbs;) but I'll check the cals;) Plain yogurt I don't know :grumble: . I can try some, what brand do you suggest?

Thank you much for the suggestions;) I will definitely look at those:) denise:drinker: :drinker:
