Hi...I think it is about 400 calories and I'm basing this on things I looked up on the web. I typed in "Seared Tuna Salad nutritional information" and the search gave me different values for different restaurants. The listing for McGrath's Fish House even gave a description of the salad, others did not, I only looked at a couple so I could pass it on. You can look it up that way, or look up something similar at a different restaurant, definitely ask when you get there if they can provide the information for you, or note all the ingredients on the salad when you get there and then you can enter them individually when you get home. Be sure to add that under "save meal" so you don't have to calculate it again. It sounds awesome, we don't have a good fish house around here, it's all the deep fried Cod kinds of places with a limited menu choice, I miss good seafood.....mmmm.....because of that, my goal this year is to learn to make healthy good tasting fish meals.

    ENJOY :drinker:

(For now haha) I am pretty sure they will have to because of the new law in ny. Any way I would ask for the dressing on the side or see if they have a lower calorie dressing I have seen that is 426 per cup although a cup is pretty large for dressing. But you never know what is lurking. In that dressing
