Well as you can see I've been doing this a couple months now, I started off/on watching what I ate in September of last year. In March I really really started getting in the habit, cutting my "Cheat days" Realized I could have whatever I wanted in moderation, and I could earn it by exercising.

I decided to look and add up how many calories I used to eat on an average payday.

The first picture is a normal payday well mostly normal, I forgot to add in the 3 or 4 one dollar bag of chips and boxes, yes boxes of snack cakes we would eat during the day as well.

That is how we would usually eat on payday we would eat just about 3k calories on normal days.

This is a screenshot from todays meals.

Yeah, this was payday to, it wasn't like the day before payday where I couldn't eat anything! Also that lunch there in the middle was my "Cheat" lunch, the one I had because I'd done so good the past couple weeks!
(Hopefully I did that right)
This isn't an NSV so much as a progress is it? Whoops

Thanks :D It was hard at first, but now it seems to be getting easier, I didn't think it would be true, but the longer you go w/out junk, the less you want it!
