I recommend Zumba! Lol, 20 minutes a day every day and I'm already falling out of my old clothes, which of course means soon I can shop for a new better wardrobe!

    I use the Zumba work out game on the wii. As soon as we have enough money we plan on getting the 2nd Zumba game for wii. =)
