so i usually eat 1500 calories a day =10500 calories a week
i went over a couple days a total of =13430 last week
the difference equals 481 calories a day over a week..should i cut that much this week?
eat liiiike 1100 (instead of 1081 lil crazy..) next week?
or do you think this would get my body used to the 1100 and then going back to 1500 next week will stop me from losing?

i think you acknowlege you went a lil overboard and move foward do a bit extra excercise and flush with more water if it makes you feel better but dont stress over it0

never go below 1200 calories or your body goes into starvation mode and you wont loose weight, in fact youll probably gain it!! Plus it isn't healthy. chalk it up to a bad week and eat 1,200 calories a day this week.0

I would chalk it up. If that is not an option try to stay at 1500 and don't eat exercise calories 4 days this week and 2 days next week.0
