Hi all, I'm doing the 30 Day Shred DVD and I'm looking for suggestions for a cardio DVD to supplement it. Here's what I'm hoping for:

Not too tough on joints (I have no real joint problems but don't want something too stressful on them)
$10 or less if possible ($15 if it's awesome enough)
20-30min
Multiple workouts so I'm not doing the same thing every day (one workout ok if it's super cheap)
Fun (I know that's subjective)

MFP led me to 30 Day Shred which I'm really liking...here's hoping you'll be able to help me out on this one :)

Maybe this will get more feedback on a weekday? I tried cardio max and it was ok but didn't love it. I'll probably buy it because it was a good workout and I like the cool down with yoga stretches.

Anyone else able to recommend something for 20-30min? No strength training aspect required. Open to step aerobic DVDs as well.

    Thanks!!

I really enjoy Body Rockin' videos. There are 7 workouts to choose from (2 discs) with varying lengths. I can't remember the price brand new, but I bought mine using a Groupon and it was under $15. You may find them used on eBay or Amazon. I get an awesome workout each time and seriously sweat.

Thanks dward2011! I'll have to check them out...it looks like they're from BeachBody so a bit pricy but I'll see if I can find a used set. Thanks for the recommendation!
