Interview outfit help - my good suit is too loose!

I have a job interview Monday and I'm unsure what to wear. I have a black suit that I've worn before and it's your standard interview outfit, but it's a bit loose where I've been losing weight. Plus, I hate suit jackets in general. I was thinking of wearing something similar to the pictures below, but is a skirt/dress appropriate? I'm really interested in this job and want to look professional but not stuffy!

**The picture below IS NOT ME, but I have a classy dress similar to this in my closet. I might pair it with a cardigan and a belt at the waist.

    That looks very slick on you I think. Makes you look tiny. I would add a little color if I could though. Best of luck. Oops I guess its not you. But I still think something similiar would be nice.

    It might depend on what kind of job you are interviewing for....but I like everything you've pictured. I don't think any of them look slutty at all.

    The job is for a Business Development Specialist position and there would be a lot of interaction between company professionals and clients, so I do need to look nice. I just feel frumpy in my suit and don't have the money to buy a new one :(
