Today is the first time I have jogged outside in a very long time (years  ). I have asthma and normally I don't have any problem with exercise until today. It felt like the cooler air was piercing my lungs over and over and I couldn't get a deep breath in. It hurt so bad and I had to keep stopping so I could catch my breath. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to help my lungs other than inhalers? I would feel silly being the only one wearing a scarf this early lol :blushing:

Also breathing through my nose helps cut down on the cold. Do two quick breaths in (in time with your steps) and one longer breath out

I have the same problem when walking or running out side, I have asthma too. I think its allergies so I take a zertec before any outside activity. But alergies ususally trigger my asthma, so It might not work for you if its not your trigger
