Just looking for a few opinions have been doing beat burn with lolo its an app on my iphone which synchronizes music based on heart rate and speed i love it makes the time fly by and great interval workout.
It gives you the option to adjust calories based on machine it goes from 0% to 100%, should i adjust to 100%? to be more accurate?
