What new healthy foods have you tried since joining?

I've found the since I started trying to eat healthier, I've been trying lots of new foods to keep myself interested. I've liked most, still on the fence on a couple, and hated one. My list is below. Anyone else trying new healthier foods?

Hated it:

Blue Diamond almond/coconut milk
Silk Chocolate soy milk

Liked it:
Hummus - homemade from chick peas or black beans
Roasted chick peas
Chia seeds
Patty Pan squash
Raspberries
Edamame
sprouted grain bread
Light mayo
Cottage cheese
Almond milk
Brussel sprouts
Honeyville powdered egg whites
Quinoa

    That's quite the successful list! What did you try with kale? One of my favorite applications for greens is roasting — wash, then toss with a tsp or two of olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread thinly on a baking sheet and roast until slightly crispy in a 500 degree oven. You'll have to check frequently, about every 5 minutes, and turn everything over once it starts browning around the edges.

    I've always eaten a variety so I haven't really tried anything new. I have confirmed my dislike of Brussel's sprouts, spinach, and lima beans though.
