Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone knows if using a fitbit could possibly help with breaking a plateau? Wondering if it would help me figure out if I am over or underestimating my activity level. I don't own one so I am not sure of it's capabilites.

Yes, totally, lest you should harbor any delusions as to how inactive you really are, Fitbit will throw you a nice pie chart in the face. People kept telling me 'oh you work out anywhere from 60-90 min/day six days/week you need to be using your TDEE at strenuous level, even moderate is too low', wear a Fitbit for a week, lo and behold I'm sedentary more than anything else just like I thought. I highly recommend it. God knows how fat I would have gotten eating at strenuous TDEE much longer.0
