Sore pain relief

ok todays work out.. Killed me.. iv done everything normal stretching at the beginning and at the end.. but today woped me. any advice on how too sooth the soreness.. iv tryed re-stretching.. a little bit of tea.. and just relaxing.. nothing is working. Trying too avoid using meds too help.. But i dont now any other option.. Please i could us some advise

I usually soak in the epsom salt bath for 30 minutes or so...however long my son will allow me to be in peace. I usually combine that with some NSAIDs...Aleve or Ibuprofen (though I read that you want to avoid them). I also rub on a menthol rub...Activeon is the brand I use. O, and either don't step on the scale tomorrow or be prepared...you will probably have a small gain because your muscles will be retaining water while they repair/rebuild themselves.
O, and tomorrow you will want to do some light exercise. If you skip it, the next day you will be even more sore. The light exercise helps work the soreness out...not sure of the mechanics behind it...just the results.0 -
If there's swelling the best thing is either Ice or Motrin. A nice cool shower may help.0

could be a build up of lactic acid that is released by your muscles and will cause soreness.
Drink alot of water as it will help flush your system out and also may seem counter intuitive but a leisurely walk to get moving will help move it along. Nothing too strenuous just to get the blood flowing .
Sometimes also a multivitamin or a bannana will help because of the nutrients and vitamins will help aid also.

GET A MASSAGE!!!!!
2cups of Epsom salts in a warm bath for how ever long you want at least 15 mins.. drink tons of water. it is just lactic acid build up. a light soothing massage would help0
