Ramadan and Keto

Hey everyone,

Pretty much Ramadan is a month of fasting (no food/water) from sunrise-sunset. I am on the keto diet and worried about getting knocked off. Any suggestions??

I am trying to eat...but it's a bit difficult haha bc so early for sahoor (before sunrise) 3 egg omelet with cheese and turkey bacon/hotdog

For iftar (dinner/susnet) trying to eat protein and incorporate fat, like olive oil/cheese/etc

And of course drinking as much water as I can.

Any advice? I want to stay on keto and keep losing weight, I've already lost about 25 pds..maybe more and don't want to give up my losing streak haha..

Thanks! Ramadan Kareem!

I would think you're more likely to stay in keto with a long daily fast to be honest. Your approach sounds good, don't overdo the protein and keep the fats up.
