HR Question (again)

So I was curious. My resting HR is pretty high (70-85) but I work out a lot and I am very healthy. I am only 20lbs away from my target goal and I barely have much body fat left on my body (it is mostly muscle). I am an avid bicyclist and I work out at least 3 times a week (mostly cardio/circuit training). I recently purchased a Polar F6 HR monitor and it seems so high when I am at rest. Am I just genetically defected? Was I "blessed" with a high heart rate? This is so frustrating! Any input?
