    Great job BTW! You should be so proud of yourself. I am going to show your pictures to my daughter. She is 13, very over weight, and I am having trouble getting her to be self motivated without feeling like I am insulting her or judging her. I am afraid for what kids will say to her when she hits high school. I think if she could see who she might look like (the transformation) it might give her a little motivation...IDK but YOU should be so very very proud of your accomplishment. Nobody can lose weight for you. And YOU DID GREAT

    My brother had the same issue. From elementary to middle school he was always big. Then, he found his love for running. He's way healthier now and he even did a 25 mile run. I'm so proud of him. He still has flab in the stomach area, but actually now he's been working with a personal trainer and is starting to bulk up. I've even noticed his stomach has slimmed in. This goes to show IT CAN BE DONE!
