Tell me about your weekly exercise routine

I just finished Ripped in 30 and looking for what to do next. What do you do every week and for how long? Running? Weights and cardio at the gym? A video or program? I might start Ripped in 30 over, I definitely did not master all of the moves and did enjoy the program for the most part but also looking to mix things up. :)

    I go to Jazzercise as my primary daily exercise. Its a fun and friendly atmosphere.
    For strength training I go to my gym two or three times a week for weight machines and free weights.
    I also add to the mix Tai Chi, (I am a certified instructor), walking or swimming.
    I'm retired so I have lots of free time to exercise whenever I want.
