I have been eating healthier since June 16 2012 I started the Body for Life challenge on that day. ( the women's program) In one month I lost 12 pounds and a total of 13.75 inches. I did not do my measurements until the 25th of June. as this is Sunday and I had Hubby here to help we measured today.
I have only been on MFP for a week and a half

Across Breast 52.25-51.5 *-.75
Upper Arm 18.75-17.5*-1.25
Waist at bellybutton 59.25-57.0 *-2.25
Abdomen Upper 52.75-48.75*-4.0
Butt 54-50.0*-4
Mid thigh 27.0-25.0*-2
Mid calf 17 -17.5 gained .5
