I have been eating healthier since June 16 2012 I started the Body for Life challenge on that day. ( the women's program) In one month I lost 12 pounds and a total of 13.75 inches. I did not do my measurements until the 25th of June. as this is Sunday and I had Hubby here to help we measured today.
I have only been on MFP for a week and a half
