I had a baby 3 years ago. I gained 60 + lbs with pregnancy. I am 6'1" and always carried between 175 and 185; I have never in my adult life weighed less than 175. Right now I am at 206. I was 245 shortly after I delivered baby. I hate the way I look; I don't look in the mirror. I don't buy clothes. I wear the same shorts everyday as a punishment for being fat.
I divorced shortly after my daughter was born which did not help my eating and exercise habits. I have been working out 5-6 days per week since June 1. I have not seen much progress. I took my measurements 3 weeks ago, I will remeasure this week. I started my fitness pal one week ago; I lost lbs. in 4 days. I have 4 markers for my goals. 1st goal is below 200 lbs. Second goal is 195 pr less by sept 1 and then 185 (no date yet) and then long term (by Thanksgiving) is 170.
when I was 3 month pregnant I ran a half marathon. I know there is one in November so I am debating training for the half to get to my goals.
Anyway I am looking for motivation on this site because I hate the way I look.

    Today is diet day 1 for me....ughhh. My baby days are over but I've been where you are three times. Would be happy to offer any support that I can...it helps having people to vent to when you need too.

    I also have a goal of a half marathon. Goals are important. I have about 50 more lbs to lose and I'm always looking for more supportive buddies!! You can add me :)
