I just started everything bach on the 13th, and last week I did pretty good with tracking down everything and exercising, but this week I'm not so sure... I did workout on Friday, however, but I didn't yesterday and I don't feel like it today. Can I have some friends for support please? It would be greatly appreciated

Get out and walk at least! Just do anything to get moving. If you really don't want to do anything, remember you will feel better after you go out. It doesn't have to be anything major, or a killer workout.
What I do for myself is to remember what feels like AFTER I exercise. So the rewards are worth pushing myself to get it done. If I don't want to go intense, I won't.
At the end of the day, you can say to yourself you did a great job and you are worth feeling healthy and beautiful inside and out.

I really believe in using that Diary tracking feature. I treat it like a gain. Uh-oh, I have 350 calories left, maybe I'll make a huge salad and a spritzer and some roasted veggies. That kind of thing. It is kind of fun to try to not exceed zero, but if I stop tracking it, I really go downhill. Each day is a new day, though, and to me, I'm trying to learn a new way of eating and moving my body. Good luck. Keep writing.0

When you start, you're going to have a lot of days like that. It takes time for habits to form. I started back in January and I finally feel like my habits of eating right and working out are solid. I still have days where I'm tired and don't want to work out, but even on those days, I know I have to suck it up, even a little bit of exercise is better than nothing. Even 10 minutes! Try to not give yourself too many rest days because it'll be harder to get back on track. If you're ever feeling unmotivated to exercise, just think of your goals. What are you working towards? Why? What made you start in the first place? That usually helps me to get my butt moving! You've already come this far, keep going! You can do it!0
