When you are used to being on this site logging everything you eat and how often you exercise, one week without the internet is incredibly difficult.. And I regret to say, I binged a little. But I am so glad to be back on here, and getting everything back on track. :D

I know we can always track our food and exercise in a notebook (I did that before I found MFP) but it just doesn't seem as effective.

:glasses: We will be leaving for vacation in 2 weeks, and I can't decide whether to take my laptop or not. I have the "airphone(?)" so I would have internet access without paying an extra daily fee.

But we will be flying aznd will change planes going and returning home. If I do decide to take it, should the laptop be my carry-on or in my checked baggage?:ohwell:

I always keep my laptop in my carry-on. They really tend to throw those checked bags around, and laptops are sensitive. Plus, if you get really bored, you have your laptop right there.
