Loosing Weight with MS and Bi-Polar

Hi everyone,
I'm an American with some problems in his life, I've been diagnosed with both Bi-Polar mental disability, and MS physical disability. Now because of these diagnoses' I get to take A LOT of medication, that medication makes it hard to lose weight, have energy or even care sometimes. I'm looking for people to help, please. I've gotten bigger because of the pain of MS, but I still cycle every day (besides Sunday), I'm not seeing any results. Anyone out there dealing with the same issues??
