Counting second job as burning

I work a 40 hour job as a caregiver in a facility. I am on my feet all day, walking, standing,, lifting, ext. I put my profile lightly active. I am also doing a 'bathroom challenge' where every time I wait for a resident to finish I do a one min plank or walls it, or 10 push up/sit ups ect.

I also work a second job on the weekends for three hours a day with a paraplegic doig a bowel care program, bathing, dressing, and care. It is extensive lifting, squating, pushing, ext. I work up a sweat.

Because of this extra activity on top of working an active job, should I count it as burning extra calories? I put it as 'cleaning light/moderate effort' and I burn a little more than 500 cal

I am wondering if I need to be eating back some of those extra calories from the second job?
