Wanna step it up but dunno where to start!

Ey up folks!

Once again I'm haunting you for advice. Since January, I've lost 37lbs, but I've not lost anything over the last 2 months. I've been on holiday for part of that so it hasn't bothered me that much. I did 30DS, RI30 and learned to swim.

I would really like to step it up a notch and lose another 40lbs (at least) by the end of the year. I don't wanna be flabby though, as most of my weight is around my stomach. I feel at the moment I don't know what to do next  I've started C25K (I'm on week 4) and I'm going to swimming lessons once a week but this just isn't enough for me. I've also invested in some 40lb weights in a bid to help me move along but I've no idea what to do with them.

Any suggestions as to where to go from here? I was thinking of New Rules, but it's just very complicated looking :blushing: I'm not in a gym so I would like to be able to do this at home without buying more equipment.

Help :flowerforyou:

p.s. I think my diet is screwed, if you've any suggestions about that, please let me know. I've been doing low-carb. Tried eating more, eating less etc etc to no avail

hey. We all hit bumps in the road. I think one piece of advice I can give you is to be conscious about the C25k because even though running is hard and its a great accomplishment your not burning huge numbers of calories with it if you don't supplement it with additional walking or weight training or any other calorie burning activity

    Thanks for that :D

I'm doing C25K moreso for building up a bit of endurance, as I'm very much a 'quick hitter'

I've been looking into Chalean Extreme, maybe this would give me the shove in the direction I need to go in?
