C2 rowers

Any indoor rowers out there that know what speed that this site is considering as light, moderate, vigorous, or very vigorous? I don't know how to record my rower work-outs.

You'd be best off monitoring heart rate if you can. I don't think there's a clear guideline on speed, I'm afraid. If I don't have my HRM, I use perceived effort as a guide - so if I can still hold a conversation, I'd log that as moderate effort.

If there's a cal counter on your machine, it might be better to use that than the MFP estimates

Check the concept 2 website (www.concept2.com). They have a converter program somewhere on the site that will convert the average watts for your workout into calories burned.

You can't use the calories burned figure on the performance monitor.
