    You haven't been logging all that long, but 2 roor beers on one day isn't really "occassional."

    I would ditch the donuts, pizza and all soda. If Crystal Light is the only way you can drink water, then keep it, but it will keep you craving sugar. Try plain popcorn instead of buttered, plain yogurt with fresh fruit added in (it's less sugar than the packaged varieties). Canned soup is also extremely high in sodium.

    I would also try to get more calories! Some days you're 800 under what MFP recommends, that's awfully low.

    Whats your goal?

    If your looking at dropping weight i suggest eating more veggies and fruit, your also eating to little and your protein level is way to low.....if you want to lose weight and keep or or gain slight amounts of muscle and fit appearance protein levels should be .7- 1.5 grams to every lb of lean body mass you have.

    your protein intake is very low. I would definitely up that. Eat more vegetables. Even homemade soups contain high sodium. Try replacing them with salads, or cook the meat and veggies that you would put in a soup, without the broth. I didn't go through too many days of your diary, but what i did see was a lot of processed foods. IF you can, stay as natural as possible. Good luck!!
